This Belle Epoque villa is situated in the bohemian area of Villefranche historically the home to many artists, writers, actors and creators. The house has played host over the years to the likes of Jean Cocteau, Man Ray, Salvador Dali, Charlie Chaplin and Georges Auric amongst others.

Howard Harrison

Owner Howard is a theatre designer who lives in England. He’s owned the villa for 20 years and is a regular visitor which gives the place it’s homely charm. You’re met by a local Englishwoman, Tamsin, who shows you around and is on hand if you need her – she’s charming, welcoming and knowledgable about the house and area.
